Plant City Voted Best New Restaurant & More
Plant City has won double awards from the state’s leading newspaper, the Providence Journal, receiving the titles of Best New Restaurant and Best Vegan or Vegetarian Restaurant in the state.
Having recently swept the 2020 Best of Rhode Island Awards announced the previous day by Rhode Island Monthly, Plant City now adds these recognitions to its growing list of accolades.
Both the Providence Journal and Rhode Island Monthly agree that Plant City is the state’s Best New Restaurant.
The title of Best Vegan or Vegetarian Restaurant will come as no surprise to Plant City fans who have enjoyed the multilevel food hall’s four vegan plant-based restaurants since they opened simultaneously last summer.
As the world’s first plant-based food hall, Plant City continues to grow in response to ever increasing demand, opening a private event space and expanding its bakery and kitchen.
Since opening, Plant City has launched custom online cake ordering, online ordering from all of its restaurants, online grocery ordering, and full delivery within ten miles of their downtown Providence location.
Rhode Islanders are sure not to tire of the ever-expanding options Plant City has to offer.
